EX·PO·SÉ
Please take a minute to look at some of our amazing transformations, notice that we try to utilize as much of what our client has to keep costs down.
201 East 83rd St., NY, NY — This property proves that home staging doesn’t have to be expensive. For just a couple thousand dollars we were able to transform this vacant space into a quaint home for either a first time buyer or someone looking for a pied-a-terre. We used the existing air mattress, along with another one and some bedding to set up this one bedroom Co-Op. This staging required some rental furniture including the couch, dining set and rug. Stylish Stagers, Inc. brought in the rest of the accessories to finish the look, along with an organic whitewashed coffee table borrowed fromAdrianna Shamaris collection.
83-43 Edgerton Blvd. Jamaica Estates, NY – No home is ever too big or too small to stage, why? Stylish Stagers, Inc. views every home as a product and inorder to sell that product, it must be merchandised and marketed correctly to buyers. This home is no different with 4 spacious bedrooms, a formal living and dining room, eat-in kitchen, casual dining area, 4 baths, a sunroom, a finished attic, a basement party room and access to the two car garage, plus a photo room, storage, laundry and utilities areas. The house underwent some repairs: roofing, painting, removing carpets and refinishing the wood floors, then it was time to enter the staging team. This project was not only utilitizing what was already in the home, but it involved removing alot of items to declutter and bringing in newer pieces and accessories to showcase the space. In three short days we turned this space into a buyer’s paradise, worthy of it’s $1.4 million dollar price tag.
310 East 46th St. NY, NY “Turtle Bay Towers” — After changing Realtors, EAR Properties obtained the listing and was faced with a challenge to get this space sold. They had to think outside the box and called us to stage this vacant 1-bedroom Co-Op , that overlooked the U.N. Building. As stagers we consider not only who we’re trying to appeal to, but use the location of the home as inspiration. In this transformation, we merged cultures to create a harmonious, edgy design that could appeal to a diplomat from another country or maybe a young local who’s trying to make their way up the political chain.
445 East 86th St. NY, NY — This is a spacious studio, really a junior 1-bedroom! Currently, being rented the homeowners decided to put their home on the market but, had little buyer interest. The major problem is this space was that the bedroom was not sophisticated and showed small. We brought in luxurious purples and soothing greens. We also changed out the fan and installed a chandelier, which screams romance. Check out all the transformations we made.
300 East 59thSt, NY, NY “The Landmark” — This growing family needed to revamp their home! With little luck selling this space overlooking the Queensborough Bridge, they changed Realtors and brought Stylish Stagers, Inc. in to stage their 2-bedroom, 2-bath home. We brought in color, a privacy solution for the balconies, plus, gave them alternative ways to store their kid’s daily accessories.
SOLD IN 72 HOURS!175 Adams St., Brooklyn, NY– This home was on the market from April to October of 2010 with little buyer interest. The seller turned down an offer that was too low at the time. Now nearly five months later, the home is priced $1,000 less than the original offer. The seller decided to be proactive and hire us to help spruce up their 1-bedroom Co-op right next to the Brooklyn Bridge. It’s a no brainer that this home will sell to a young single, couple who work across the way in NYC or even an older couple who still loves to be in the middle of it all. We staged the home catering to the tastes of those specific buyers, we brought in hip-contemporary bedding, art and other accessories to update this drab, boxy space.
320 East Shore Rd. Great Neck, NY– This spacious 2-bedroom Co-op has been on the market for almost year. It first went on the market as an owner-occupied home, but when the homesellers found their new home, they moved out and left this property vacant. This space lacked any imagination and buyers just couldn”t visualize themselves living here. Home Staging was the last resort for these sellers and their Realtor, check out how we used limited furniture on a tight budget to attract the buyer’s imagination.
SOLD IN 24 HOURS! 64-54 233rd St. Oakland Gardens, NY– This house has been one family’s home for nearly 60 years. Before listing it they contacted us to prepare the space. While they removed alot of the furniture already, we had to bring in a junk removal company and painters before we were able to stage the rooms. The owners couldn’t afford renting lots of furniture so we creatively merged our items with theirs to create memorable spaces.
118-82 Metropolitan Ave. Kew Gardens, NY– Decluttering, rearranging and adding some modern accessories by taking a que from mother nature, we were able to update this 2-bed, 2-bath Co-op. We highlighted many of the space’s positive areas, for instance picture windows, spacious rooms and updated baths, while downplaying some negatives including a useless door. Can you figure out what room the door was in?
537 Clinton St. Brooklyn, NY– This one-bedroom co-op was on the market once before, but with little success. Without a buyer, the sellers decided to move into their new home and rent this property for a period of time. When the tenants recently moved out the sellers decided to put the home back on the market and contacted us to stage it first! Take a look at the before and after pictures.
3rd Ave. Brooklyn, NY– This vacant space left buyer’s wondering how they’d make this their home, so this co-op sat on the market for months before the Realtor called in Stylish Stagers, Inc. While the homeowner was not willing to investment in upgrading the kitchen and bath, we brought in little touches that made a big difference.

62nd St. NY, NY– A Beautiful 2-bed, 2-bath corner condo has an amazing scenic view of the 59th Street Bridge and the river, but the view inside the space needed some tender loving care from Stylish Stagers, Inc. Rearranging the furniture was key to this transformation!
